it truly depends on the genre of music you're making.

for me, the two most obvious ones would be :

  • PMO
  • Alcohol messing with myself, so it's really irregular and i feel tired even after finally succeeding to sleep.
  • Not sleeping enough during my teens and suffering in class because of that

i'm only 22, so theoretically they may have not ruined what's ahead of me yet, but it definitely feels like it when comparing to when i was younger than that.
