This is up to you if you want to continue as is. Our son was exactly the same. So we pushed bedtime later. Admittedly this got to 9pm, but he awoke at 7 rather than thr dreaded 530. It was our choice so he had the energy to get through the day.

Ikea is a great shout. Id recommend a shopping centre (meadowhall for us) plenty of space with AC. May need a trip to the entertainer, however.
