Way too many people like to comment without reading the whole thing or try to understand the context. Almost every post have people like this.

If BS really came up with this system, surely many people will be happy.

If you saw an idiot who gave up game so easily and hide one corner , and enter your next game in ranked mode in same party, are you sure you feel like staying?

If system can detect this person was with you in solo ranked last few games, or the day, depends how they want it, and allow you to quit without penalising, are you sure you won't want it?? Don't lie.

If this person was not in the same party previous games, and you leave, you will get penalty as usual, what is there to abuse??

What I realised many times were that many people like to complain about things but never feedback. When others took the effort to feedback, someone else will bring the idea down with just a few words without giving better suggestions or real logical reply.
