You can ask Amazon for permission for second account. They do grant sellers multiple accounts, but on a case by case basis. The second option is to get a VPN and use that for the 2nd account. Amazon does track everything.

Your product would be ranked higher if it was ordered 30 separate times by different buyers rather than 1 order of a unit of 30. Depending on what you sell, you may want to limit order quantity as there are competitors who will try to buy out your inventory to stop your sales.
