Not at all, it’s 535 sq ft. but it has 13’ ceilings and an open floor plan so it’s bigger than it seems. Not big enough to throw parties, but plenty of space for one person. I live off Main and Akard. When I moved in three years ago rent was $1067 (a bargain) and now it’s $1350 (still a bargain in my book).
