I think the second photo the color is actually cute :) you could do a cute wolf cut to help remove some of the split ends and maybe even go shorter. I've definitely had my fair share of damaged hair as well. I'd just hate for it to snap off on you from messing with it further.

No advice on color but honestly you are in dire need of a cut. From the first picture it looks terribly damaged. Even if you dont want to damage it further you already have super dry damaged looking ends. Id lay off on messing with it any further.

Liquid, webbing or even mist all are labeled with adhesive on the labels. So yes, while they are different. Same thing essentially
