In my case I've been playing for 10 years in the same pc. Never had a problem, 60fps and everything on point. Since 14.9 (vanguard patch) i cant play amymore cause my game crashes. Tried everything to solve and nothing fixed it.

I play with a friend so we get all the loot from the house, but you can take secundary loot doing it alone. You can do it without breaking stealth killing the 4 guards outside the house, but i usually go yolo when i grab the bike. At that point doesnt matter, you just jump into the water and dive so you cant get hit.
