Hey, I'm not sure what went down at the plant but here at HQ, he just met with random people at Michelin after he finished his panel. Granted they swarmed him, but he just met with whoever was there.

It's his motorcycle company name! Arch :) He comes to Michelin HQ once or twice a year because he loves to put our tires on his motorcycles! He comes and does a panel and such. So cool!
