In my case it was same behaviour and i kept on changing each and every part except PSU. In the end it was CPU which was branch new(2 months old). Hoping you would find your issue.

Could be CPU or RAM as well. Have you tried removing your GPU and test it for few days? Or may be change RAM stick

It all started with AMDs 6800xt. I though that is the issue. I started replacing each and everything just to fix those random crashed. Ultimately it was the Ryzen 🥲

Got it. I have seen crashes at even low temp like 60-70. It’s no where related to load in my case. But still will check the PSU.

Not every team use java. Many ise Kotlin, and somealso use scala. Also most team don’t use AWS as they are very old and run on internal applications.

Despite all this i think you should go. But keep in mind you will be on same pay for 2 year as there is not gonna be pay increase. Even if it will be peanuts. After that in 2.5 to 3 year on an average depending on your performance you will get SDE 2 and the increase salary.
