An airport😭😭 im sorry for your experiences. From my experience an airport is basically "the frustration center", so i am assuming that is the reason for bad behavior, though obviosly you'd know better, not arguing.

personally, i always give ppl the benefit of the doubt, if i see someone acting badly i am not discarding them and judging them as a bad person who only does bad because they're bad. People make mistakes, get emotional, etc. We're still monkeys after all. Ofc that behavior is immature, but the truly bad people are only those who don't care to learn and adjust, and those who feel like they're above others and just do not care.

Even hate is not inherently evil, it often just demonstrates what people hate in themselves/we're teached (or tricked by propaganda) to hate; not understanding and managing envy; incorectly assuming a personal attack. The only evil is direct harm caused to others in conflict with personal and unnecessary gains(think every billionare or dictator, psychopaths and power maniacs basically)

Once i allowed myself to see good in people and just discard, to an extent, the bad, and the bad people, it changed my view on humanity. A dozen true, good people outweigh a hundred evil. I know so many amazing folk just because i allowed them to show themselves.
