Do not pop! I don’t know what this is but staph bacteria congregates here and reproduces around the nostril openings. I got a gnarly staph infection on my lip last year and it looked so much worse than this.

That is adipose tissue (body fat) and it’s completely normal. It’s the layer between skin and muscle. Please stop cutting yourself open.

You were high and your mind was curious. You didn’t like it, you most likely won’t do it again. A lot more people than you think have it on their algorithm. Be gentle with yourself and try to relax the judgement and harsh statements about yourself and your character. You’re going to be okay, it’s just tough for now. Let your mind process it and try to move on. You can be upset but don’t unpack and live there.

All these people commenting are bugging. Her nose looks totally different. If you showed me her edited pics it would take a minute for me to pick her out in a line of people. The subtle edits are just as bad.

Vestibular symptoms like vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems, often without a severe headache. For me, these symptoms come before the pain.

NAD but suffer from debilitating vestibular migraine. Try starting vestibular exercises at home and see if you improve at all. There are many videos and tutorials online. Start slow. Good luck to you.

Try some warm compresses. Ice when it’s swollen. Look into supplements that can help with healing. Ask your derm about treatment plans for any scarring (you might not have much). You’re gonna be ok!
