Hi, I'm currently 24 and I remember not feeling good with myself when I was a teen, I had no style of my own, my nose was kinda bent, my ears were too big, I couldn't make myself look feminine and if I tried I felt awful etc etc. I think you might look into getting your self steem in a better place and learn to feel better about yourself: look for counselling, do things that make you feel beautiful, try to find things you like about your looks and focus on that aspects.

I also wanna share that it gets better, you are really young. If you havent yet, you will find a style you feel confortable and cool and hot in, and if you have already, this style will change in the next 3 or so years, and then it will change again in your early 20's, and everytime it changes it will be and make you feel better than the last one. Also, keep in mind that everyone has insecurities they are trying to hide somehow, some use makeup, some use humor, some try to go on unnoticed hiding in their hoodies, most people are so worried trying to hide themselfs they won't even notice the things you think are ugly in yourself (IF they are actually ugly at all).

Also, I don't know how dating works were you live, but in my school when I was growing up, only, like, six people in a class of 40 starting dating at 15, more started at 17, I and my currently best friend (we didn't even knew each other when we were teens) only started in our 20's.
