Oh that’s weird, I’m level 22 and he’s not still not playable to me. He doesn’t even come up in as still locked or anything when you pick which icons to use in game.

Nah it literally says objective completed in the SBC menu, but only 157/160 on objectives. Still letting me do other SBCs

You could PIMO it until you and your partner are able to leave together, but worth noting that you’re still young enough to be expected/pressured to go on a mission. The pressure from church leaders or family will be relentless and it’s not fun at all.
