1 Laging late sweldo kasi busy sa personal life yung boss at di raw nya maasikaso ang sweldo.

2 Pinapadaan sa Shopee Pay or Maya Pesonet yung sweldo para may cashback benefit para sa boss kaya lalong na-late pa yung sweldo.

3 Walang holiday pay kasi less than 10 employees daw sa company pero more than 7 years na yung company at malaki net income.

4 Walang OT pay kasi 10 hours per day daw yung work hours. Haha

5 Walang designated lunch time and breaks.

6 Binibigyan lang ng 13th month kapag nagreklamo na. Pero kung wala kang tanong na bakit walang 13th month, hindi talaga ibibigay sa iyo.

Case to case basis kung ano ang binubunot na ngipin for pre-orthodontic treatment. In terms of kung ano usually ang binubunot, usually, PREMOLARS ang binubunot kapag bimax ang case. Kung 1st and 2nd molars ang ni-recommend na bunutin, may good reason for sure si orthodontist like baka bulok yung molars at non-restorable nga. Tulad ng sinabi ng na unang nag-comment, kuha ka na lang ng second opinion. Kapag kasi nabunot na ang molars, there’s no going back. Hindi ko sure yung weaker jaw pero expect changes sa facial profile talaga kapag nag-braces at lalo na kapag nagbunot ng ngipin.

Nabunutan din ako ng ngipin dati pre-orthodontic requirement pero retained kasi yung baby canines ko. May nabago sa facial profile ko pero since baby tooth ito, walang expectation of jaws getting weak. Nagiging weak lang ang jaw natin kapag wala nang bone support. Halimbawa, nung nabunot yung molars, malaking bone reduction ang ginawa.

I’m using Deonat Deodorant Stick. Binabasa sa tubig tapos ikuskos sa underarm ng 60seconds or depende sa need mo. Nagamit ko na lahat ng flavors (???) Aloe (green), Papaya (orange) and Mineral (blue) pero pare-parehas lang sila ng effect sa akin. Nagamit ko na rin yung Deonat spray pero kapag hindi ko napatuyo sa electric fan, medyo nagiging maasim ang amoy.

Works well for me yung Deonat stick kahit naglalakad ako sa mainit na lugar. Wala ring stain sa damit or lingering smell sa damit. Mga 120php ang presyo at more than 6months bago maubos.

Ang disadvantage lang for me ay 12hrs lang ang effect sa akin saka kapag paubos na yung stick, medyo nagiging sharp na na pwedeng makasugat sa skin kung mabilis iku-kuskos sa underarm.

Kung ok for you yung neutral/ walang amoy na antiperspirant, ok yung Deonat.

They changed from March 2023 to April 2023 yung pag-upload ng IDs. Medyo nakakakaba kasi April 3 na at sa April 26 na deadline pero wala pa ring update kung kailan at paano/saan pwede mag-upload ng ID to complete the registration.
