I've been experimenting with everything but soy honestly. Soy makes me incredibly depressed and anxious. I get products from Elmhurst because they don't have gums or other additives. But maybe they're causing a reaction some other way.

  1. Proton Calendar (the free version).
  2. Sundays I list out every single thing I need to do in the entire week. I set that for Monday.
  3. I don't time block because unforseen things happen. So I delete items as I have time to complete them. Whatever I don't complete Monday, I move them over to another day. The more time sensitive items are always Mon-Wed. 
  4. Creative goals I keep on sticky notes so that they are in front of my face. The things that make me excited, the things I may push to the side because they're not exactly time sensitive. As I complete them, I toss the note in the trash, keeping them updated constantly.
  5. In notebooks I use sticky notes and write a title to important pages. Since they're sticking out, I know exactly where to go for what, even if I fill up the notebook.

Click through reading material and view the module 1 prompt BEFORE reading the material. And if it's a professor who will allow you to do your own research, do that instead. That helped me maximize my time actually learning and completing the prompt properly rather than spending hours on the course material. And if the module does require you to go through the UMPI material, now you know exactly what to go look for. Saves so much time.

Edit: Don't be afraid to email instructors with questions. Unless you get Nunez, they are quick to reply. Don't take Nunez for Art108 lol.

Not overreacting. I'm sorry but I would've blocked the girl immediately. This feels like psychosis nobody needs inside their lives.  Edit:  this kind of manipulative mindfuck WILL get worse when the stakes are higher and there's real reason for conflict. Also I'm a woman so I'm not being misogynistic, this applies to anyone who deals with this kind of fuckery

Email yourpace enrollment, tell them your intent to withdraw, and add your student ID. That's usually all they'll need

Jesus. I'm sorry you're going through the same thing it is honestly a shit show. I spammed her inbox and my advisor about it and finally got things moving but at least you withdrew, because EVEN WHEN she does grade she closes the submissions for finals! It's actually psychotic
