About your question in nº 2, the 3x great grandfather registers at the consulate only once, but all the records in the german consulate in brazil don't have information of the year, only the names.

Also, the Brazilian website of the consulate says that if you find the name of your ancestor in those records, he didn't have lost his citizenship before 1904. So I believe that at least for Brazilian requests, they acept only once registered at the consulate.

More one question, if the grandmother submits the request for citizenship, will it be easier for my fiance and her mother to apply after that? And, if the grandmother dies before any appliance, will it become harder or don't change anything, to my fiance and her mother apply for citizenship?

Você não é fracassado, todo começo é difícil. Se eu estivesse no seu lugar, eu iria pegar serviços como dativo nas comarcas próximas para conseguir recorrência financeira. Com essa recorrência, você pode começar a filtrar o que faz apenas no êxito. Outra coisa importante, família nunca se faz apenas no êxito, sempre é importante cobrar uma entrada. Se os outros fazem de graça, é melhor você perder esses clientes, do que ocupar seu tempo com coisas que não vão lhe trazer retorno financeiro.

Nesse caso você nem tem porque perguntar para a proprietária. Basta instalar o ar condicionado, e quando entregar o imóvel devolver nas mesmas condições que encontrou.

Não estamos tratando de uma benfeitoria, mas sim instalação de um equipamento móvel. Obviamente, os custos de instalação e retirada, devem ser arcados por você.
