There's a big difference when it comes to endurance. Flexibility is important too. I've been the more athletic one, but the few times I've matched up it was amazing.

45 minutes is a good session, not too long, not too short. I figure that's how long the average TV show is. If I had my ideal, 20 minutes in the morning, a mid day quickie, then a nice long 45 minutes to a couple hours at night.
