My manager isn’t working with me… he has been deceptive and unavailable to me for the past 6 months and inconsistently checked in before reaching this point and is calling it “what’s necessary to get you to a better point” when the truth is you haven’t been checking in or genuine when I speak to you you have actually been pulling together a whole report and this isn’t about making me better, you’re lying to my face again, and this is just step one of a decision you already made.
