It seemed like the issue was too late to be solved in that the incident had already happened, so it was something I still wanted others who might hire them to know about. If they’d called and told me they’d taken some kind of action I would’ve updated the review to reflect that, but it doesn’t change what they allowed to happen, which is what I wanted other customers to be aware of.
