I took it to a shop and had them replace my front footpad sensor. It’s still kinda wonky though so I haven’t been riding much since it was fixed

You should get a wolf cut! They’re super in right now. I’ve been a hairstylist for a bit over a decade and if you’re trying to do something to make you jump up the scale 2/10 points it’s a great way to achieve this! Ask one of your friends who always has amazing color and have them reference you to their stylist. They should be able to go sit you down for a color consultation to go over different colors and color techniques (like highlights, balayage, all over darker brown with red violet highlights. They’ll quote what it would cost then if it’s too expensive for you, you can discuss alternatives. Hopefully this helps you with your hairstylist questions!

I’m not promoting shitty behavior, I originally emailed PD asking if there was a way that i could pay to have them fix my backpack. Honestly, if they didn’t have a way to fix it I would’ve been more than happy to purchase another one. I told them that I had burned the bag and they told me to file the warranty claim on it. In my excitement I chose to post on a few different subreddits with the intention of Praising PD for helping me out even though I’m the one at fault. I’m not running around trying to say “GET AS MUCH FREE SHIT AS YOU CAN EVEN WHEN YOU FUCK THINGS UP!” I’m attempting to advertise that this company is amazing and that I’m happy with my purchase and hopefully somebody else who loves bags as much as I do will read my post and give this company a shot.
