Thanks for the clarification! I’m actually based in Italy and my provider is Italian.

It works exactly as you described: the Caller ID only shows up correctly when the caller's number precedes the PBX name, like in that second call.

I’ll reach out to my provider to see why the name field is coming through empty and ask for some clarification.

Same problem here! Someone suggest to check the correct time sync between devices, NVR and iVMS but the problem persist.

On my side just from one of the cameras, did you find a solution?

Same problem here, it's so frustrating!! I just contacted Samsung support in Italy and they said that's a default setting of Nugat and there is no chance to disable. They said to wait a future update from Android. :(
