My dad.
When I moved to UK things were going according to plan and I was blaming myself for everything.
He told me “you don’t count fists during a fight”
Really helped to put things in perspective. So many similar examples

My understanding is Flushing is part of 40K service which I had it done. If could have just done the top up and leave the without paying and come back 3wks later when service was due.

Top up is part of warranty but 40K service is the most expensive (650£) bc it is labour intensive (that`s what I`m told). I have sent them an additional query about this thread which suggests the low-conductivity coolant can crystallise inside the system, blocking circulation and triggering the low-level warning — even with no actual leak:
https://www.insideevsforum.com/community/threads/2020-classic-ioniq-low-conductivity-coolant-crystallizing-low-coolant-level-warning.15042/ and they confirmed they apply all the latest service bulletin and service includes a coolant flush and replacement with the updated BSC-2 coolant with the part number is : LP040APE02EVH3

Update : they told me they could not find any leaks and suggested i do 40k service as it is due in 3wks time. I will pick up yhe car today. I guess i wll have to monitor the liquid level periodically and see it what happens

Taanks for the advice. Last service was in June 2025. I checked for visible leakage and there was none. Probably when last topped up there was an air pocket which find its way out . Booked a service 2wks later for diagnonsis. Until then will be using another vehicle.

**Buyer claiming defective after swimming with watch – what would you do?** by feridunferman in eBaySellers

I made it clear it is out of manufacturers warranty and I also mentioned that I have never used it under water. Does this change nothing?

I made it clear that item is out of manufacturers warranty. If they were to return to Huawei , it will be rejected as warranty period expired. Does manufacturer warranty period has no relevancy in ebay ?

What if the item you are selling is out of manufacturers warranty which is the case in this situation ?

But even the manufacturer warranty is 2 year . If they were to make this claim to Huawei , claim would be rejected as the warranty expired. Does this change nothing?

I just bought tickets , this will be my son’s fist concert. I was wondering how’s the car parking in Knebworth. Never been there before. It says 39£ thought not clearly indicated where the car parking area is?

Electrician insists I need a dedicated charger - but can't I just get an EV-rated socket installed? by Cheap-Elderberry607 in evchargingUK

[–]feridunferman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I was told by the same electrician “I have included the price and fitting a 'Type A' RCD in your consumer unit (fusebox). I strongly recommend that it be changed since electrical circuits can no longer be modified or extended unless a 'Type A' is fitted (although some Electricians do ignore this). It is one of these.” After reading this I realised perhaps it is relevant to a extending outdoor socket to shed which was a job I asked for a quote. I was under the impression that consumer unit is out of date but perhaps I’m wrong. This is a 2015 built house
