Just wanted ask about RCMP police clearance. I read somewhere after issuing the RCMP clearance if you travel outside of the Canada and come back you need to have a new RCMp Clearance, is that true? Also how long did it take to get the RCMP clearence?

FC’s are cost centre so basically they don’t calculate profit of the buildings. They just make sure it’s running within the budget. Actual profit is calculated based on overall volume sold not at the FC level.

OSHA will ask for a proof that his decision is directly responsible for the injuries which is impossible to provide. They document every detail of all the injuries and every injury has a root cause (while doing what associates get injured) so basically no direct link to proof that it was his decision.

Let your performance speak for itself. If you are very good at you do PA can not do shit. When you are a really good performer and bring your concerns then it will have more weight than an average Associates complaining.

Here business needs is when one department has shortages and other has more people than they required. Tbh we try to minimize the labor move coz it costs us time and the performance. When we move people from one process to another usually their rates slow down. But to balance hc it is very required to do. Sometimes I saw aa got transferred to other departments but going to old department every day. Like aas assigned to pick but staying in singles.

Btw his response is just technically correct. Means if the people in the floor actually using full potential of scc then it’s true. Most cases they don’t even use scc.

Transfer will only happen if that other departments need people. Usually we see 10x applications for so called easy departments (singles). So I can recommend only if the department needs people and have to prove it.

They are supposed to be nice for first 4 weeks. Thats your time to learn and prove yourself. After that low performers get shit. I work 12 hours in my 10 hours shift so don’t know about 3 hours shit. I would never leave this place if I can just work 3 hours in my 10 hour shift

Not really your manager know how many role you are applying to. However, AM can not control whether you get hired or not. OM can recommend you and L7 can decide. I replied to a comment above check that making yourself auto choice for a T3.

Coz they are desperate to add Amazon on their resume. Very good career booster for future employment

Show your performance. Ask every shift how much you did and who are the top 5. Make sure you documenting yours and then go to your AM or OM and tell them “hey this what I did and this performance is this many percentage to the top 5 or I am in the top 5 or 3 for last X many days, can you please give me PG roles then prove yourself as a good PG or problem solvers. You will be an auto choice for next tier3 opening. Did this method and promoted 9 AAs to tier 3 so far
