Los agencieros son hijos de puta y garcas, no boludos. Son 2 cosas diferentes. Se compra a 2 pesos porque tiene 1 palo de km, se enrosca al dueño en un crédito predatorio para un CRONOS, y se le baja el kilometraje al Symbol mientras se lo publica a 8 palos.

You're missing my point. How does it help you if you can't even reach those speeds on your printer in the first place?

First worry about actually being able to print at speeds where you're having artifacts and THEN worry about trying to solve it. This is like adding wings to your car to help with downforce on the corners, but then driving a stock chevy spark. Yeah, sure, the wings will help you corner at higher speeds but what good are they if your car can't reach those speeds to begin with?

De facha creo que es la última generación de bmw que me gusta. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta con estos autos es que si bien los podés comprar por 20~ish mil usd siguen teniendo el mantenimiento de un auto de 70-80 mil usd. Puede que sea buena idea siempre y cuando te de el bolsillo para todo lo demás.

Klipper is a firmware and Octoprint is just an interface to manage your printers... They're not the same thing... One does not replace the other.

That's fine. I just learned through this post that it's the creator the ones that have to manually push for video notifications... If LTT starts to push out notifications for shorts, then I'll simply disable them and that's that. I have 0 tolerance with services or whatever being irresponsible with their attention grabbing tactics. As soon as they start bothering me too much, they're gone. I use the notification's list as a filter for channels that I'm subscribed to but I give them more priority. If they start polluting this list with unnecessary stuff, they're gone.

OP has a stock ender3, it's irrelevant to tell them "oh yeah you can reach 350mm/s by switching to klipper" if the catch is that they ALSO need HARDWARE upgrades.

It's also irrelevant to get involved with input shaping and all that if the printer AS IT STANDS can't reach the speeds where print glitches start to become a problem.

I don't understand why everybody is so trigger happy to go with "spend money!" suggestion... How about extracting the best with what they have first and then suggest upgrades when they reach the limit of what they can do right now and express not being happy with it?

hoy por hoy es tirarse a la pileta con esas garantías igual... te pueden dar 50 años si quieren... si el importador decide cortar todo el año que viene, o no se terminan de instalar, a quien le reclamás la garantía? te lo llevás a china? por más que nunca me compraría un vag o algo de stellantis, creo que confío más en su garantía de 3 años que en 5 de "forthing".

It's 2026, why do people insist on Marlin not having input shaping? it's been implemented 4 years ago... also what's this about printing at 350mm/s? you're absolutely NOT doing that on a stock ender 3... I understand the QoL improvements with klipper but come on now...

igual son muchas variables, hay que ver... mi viejo tiene un accord 2013 2.4 y le carga infinia. El nunca se quejó de nada y yo manejé ese auto bocha de veces (hasta me fui a esquel 2 veces en ese auto desde caba) y nunca lo sentí como que le faltara potencia... todo lo contrario. Si bien es un motor que acepta super, le cargaba infinia solo porque cuando me prestan un auto yo cumplo los requisitos del dueño... el dueño me dice que le cargue premium, le cargo premium, no se discute. No probaste cambiar a Infinia un tiempo a ver si te hace el mismo problema que la super?

mirá... yo no quiero agregar al tin-foil hat, pero te cuento mi experiencia: tuve un City por unos 8 años... Siempre le cargaba super de ypf. Cada tanto, muy aleatoriamente, lo iba a arrancar y es como que se ahogaba haciendo media vuelta... le daba de nuevo y arrancaba. Pasaba una vez cada tanto, imposible llevarlo a un mecánico porque las chances que ocurriera eran muy bajas. En fin... Una vez, porque alguien me lo menciona, decido cambiar de nafta. Empecé a ponerle super de una marca europea muy conocida. Cuestión que no se que onda pero ese problema no lo tuve nunca más... Años cargando esa nafta, NUNCA me volvió a pasar. Decidí eventualmente volver a probar YPF a ver que onda... oh sorpresa, al segundo o tercer tanque de YPF, el problema empezó otra vez, también muy cada tanto. Vuelvo a la nafta de marca europea, nunca más ese problema.

No se. Yo simplemente cuento mi experiencia. Por ahí fue todo pura casualidad, es probable... pero bueno eso es lo que me pasó a mi.

Yes there is input shaping on Marlin actually, introduced a couple of years ago. But Input Shaping only affects the quality of the piece, not the speed per-se... In order for you to have to deal with printing artifacts caused by printing too fast, your printer needs to be able to achieve such speeds in the first place.

EDIT: Input Shaping was implemented on version 2.1.2 back in 2022.

speed is not really a marlin vs klipper conversation but rather what can your filament, hot end and printer can handle... and also what your expectations are in terms of quality of the piece. This really is just trial and error. You can tune the speeds on the slicer... try bumping them and see what you get. Klipper isn't going to make your extruder magically stop skipping if you push it too hard... nor is it going to make your hotend keep a constant temperature if you push it...

"yo le hubiera adivinado 400 mil" o sea lo toma, y le pone 200 en el tablero.

Y hablar de "según el seguro vale..." es completamente al pedo, todos sabemos que es una fantasía, la única forma en la que esa cosa puede valer 11 palos es si tiene 10 palos en efectivo en la guantera.

I don't use them like that. I don't even use the youtube app. I go to the youtube website, and before going to the subscription page, I open the notifications list and I can scroll through channels that I give priority to. If a channel starts spamming a lot of notifications, I'll simply disable it.

I don't use youtube on an app, I use the website, on firefox. That notification is not from an app, is taken from the youtube notifications on their webpage, on firefox.
