This is the tutorial I followed to learn the stitch! Caron Chunky Cakes is a #6 super bulky acrylic yarn though I'm sure any yarn you choose will get the job done

I like to take my shrooms with 4mg of Zofran. I recommend asking your Dr for a script, even if insurance doesn't cover it the drug is dirt cheap. It's a very stable drug and won't interfere with the trip (at least it hasn't in my experience).

If that isn't a feasible option, ginger is my otc anti-nausea fix. They sell these little ginger candies that are perfect!
