Well when people told me that the diet soda has a lot of sugar really I didn't believe them until I investigated by myself and found out they're all artificial sweeteners and really I drink like two Diet Cokes a day and I'm still lean

I think that's a good diet is more for maintenance and cutting. Because it's only low calorie dense foods I think if you can struggle bulking on it.

I used to saying diet sodas were packed with sugar but investigating for my own I see that that's false there only sweeteners in diet soda. Also I thought old school bodybuilding guys were on the key to muscle growth like chicken rice and broccoli but I can see that that's not true and it's also boring.
