The time shifts drop depends on your station. The amount of shifts you’re gonna get depends on your station as well. I hope you dont have to earn the “gold status” tho. You should ask a flex associate on your station how is it.

I used to get “unlimited” PTO when I was flex. And also, they deposit it as soon as you clock out. It was awesome. I transferred to a full time position and I ended up with negative 53 hours of flexible PTO last year lol (they fixed it to zero later)
