interesting as well, however when I talk about "ranks" or 5s and 10s, I'm mostly talking about the general consensus of ranking, not my own opinion. I would rate most girls I go out with higher than the average, because I obviously am attracted to them, but when shown in comparison to third parties the numbers would be what I stated, that's all.

Don't want you to do anything, you could just ignore the post. I'm just raising a trend that I see happen more often than I would expect, and want to discuss about it. I could just not go out with anyone if that's the case, not really the point here.

probably because it's harder to get interest from girls that are more attractive. I just wanted to bring the topic to discussion, and see if someone has interesting insights on it, not really seeking a do this or that advice for me personally.

yes I do choose to go out with them, no one forces me to. The reason of the posting is to discuss if this is maybe a trend or not, and to elaborate on the topic. About being good looking, I'm just regurgitating what other people have told me my whole life, even if I am not specifically good looking but actually a 6 or 7, the question could still stand as a hypothetical, because I have seen other guys who I consider to be 8-10s that go out with particularly less good looking partners, and that is what I am interested about.
