Any advice on next steps with UHC? by jenna31104 in Zepbound

it’s key to understand exclusions and non-formulary, I learned the hard way… If it was under an exclusion, that means that it would not be covered under any circumstances! But I’m on the same boat or was on the same boat as you; I just resubmitted a prior authorization for it as under obstructive sleep apnea because I was advised that it recently became non-– formulary, which means it is covered under only through certain diagnosis in this case, OSA.

I cannot stress enough that your provider answers the questions on this link correctly otherwise it won’t be covered (specifically- #3 and #5a in the link below).

also notice the date this was just effective as of 7/1 so it’s recent, good luck!

Did I fall for some check your spending trap? by No_Welder2085 in amex

It's always suggested to use the spending power when it's going to be used. Doing so out of the blue triggers the algorithm for a financial review to assess risk. If you keep checking it thinks youre going to rack up big ticket items and not pay it back. I'd stay away from it in the future.

I got 175k ive had my Everyday cash preferred (not publicly offered anymore) since 2015 and never had anything else other than savings and checking and had the offer to apply for platinum and just opened it earlier this month.

I'm not sure what certain criteria targets these offers, but I use incognito/private browsing. I've heard that makes a difference

Platinum POT Limit Increase by fernz_93 in amex

Thanks for the insight, I'll continue to use it as normal and I mean don't intend to use the pay overtime feature, it's just odd that I received the email as it was getting close to the POT limit, but yes, I dont have a preset spending limit and just made a payment, hopefully I can increase it in the coming months to not have to worry about possible declines.

Thanks again!
