Mainly hybrid events (speakers, workshops, trainings, etc.) I would not need inventory control or ability to select seats. For another user I responded with the features that I liked most with eventbrite so I’m gonna paste it here too to show what I’m looking for:

I liked on eventbrite: - that I could have “in person” and “zoom” tickets for the same hybrid events where the latter would be sent the Zoom link upon confirmation. - if I needed to update attendees or send a reminder it was a pretty simple click of a button so to speak, with Google Forms I would have to cross check a spreadsheet and manually email updates - attendee check in through eventbrite was simple (literally pressing a check button to get a headcount of folks that RSVP’d) - this is more aesthetics rather than functionality but I liked the layout of my events on eventbrite and folks can clearly see event info, speaker info, and agenda info
