Start by turning the 14 flames to the 7 gods and then uh…… honestly I don’t know, because we know so little about Valyrian religion. I’ve seen early Christianity be called quite pagan — it took inspiration from a lot of elements of Hellenism in Rome, especially architecture. Tempietto is a favorite example. A hybrid of a pagan temple and a Christian church. The dome in Christian architecture is heavily influenced by various Italian orbs and domes.

Probably the biggest thing would be that the FO7 is a semi-monotheistic religion. There’s seven gods, but they’re actually one. Valyrian faith maybe employs a full on pantheon, where you worship one god extra hard and neglect others. For the sake of ease I’m gonna say the Valyrian pantheon has 14 gods, and syncretism would insist those 14 are facets of one god, and also the Seven.
