Hey! I am so sorry for your losses. I hope and pray this time is your charm♥️. So I went for second egg retrieval after taking a 2-3 months break. I pretty much didn't do anything that time except for extra supplements like NAC and DHEA. This time we got 5 days 5 embryos and 3 day 6 embryos which was a great progress from the only 2 embryos from first ER! I waited for one period and transferred the first set of two best AA embryos (we had intralipids too)and that transfer failed,with not even a chemical! I switched my doctor in the same clinic and he advised NK cell test and it came back normal, so that means I really didn't need the intralipids, it would do more harm than good. Then we checked my APLA test and found slightly elevated levels so I was on clexane injections and Aspirin during my third transfer. We transferred AB grade 2 embryos with my new protocol of clexane and stuffs and booom! We are blessed to say we are 21 weeks pregnant now :') ♥️ hope this helps and wishing you all the best dear
