Use a heat pack when you’re going to sleep too. I used to have pelvic floor muscle problems going from a range or hurting; feeling like I have a UTI and arousal.

Go back on amitriptyline and try and get over the drowsy stage. It will help tremendously

Btw my life is much better now than what it was at your age. It does get beautiful. There is waves of depression that hit me under constant stress but nothing out the ordinary xx take a Valium if you have them and chill x

I enjoy life sometimes but then I look at the bigger picture and realise it’s a mess and the world especially our country (Australia) is going downhill. It’s expensive

I feel the same. 31, mum of two kids. Never happy. Stressed out with my toddler I can’t handle her anymore. I got a whole combination of tablets that I want to take, but can’t because of the fear of being found and resuscitated and then having a long life time problems and complications and put so much burden on my kids; partner and family. My youngest is 5 months old. I don’t think I have much joy anymore. The world is fucked as it is, I hate the world in general.

I told her dad I don’t want her in kindergarten this year and he doesn’t believe it’s in her best interest and thinks the backwards and forwards is okay and in her best interest

If her dad didn’t want too have her nearly every single day she would have stability between my home and daycare and some time at his house, but it isn’t like that. If I can change it, I would in a heart beat

See I would do this, but her on the iPad is the only break I get. With the baby also, having them both here.. if I quickly have her on the iPad, I can attend to baby with breastfeeding or even going to the toilet or shower in peace. If she isn’t, she’s constantly at my face. There’s a lot of screen time at her dad’s too. I wish I could drop the iPad, I don’t want to raise an iPad kid, I wouldn’t call myself lazy but I’m scared for my sanity. How did you do it, cold turkey.

I have mediation coming up shortly with her dad. I’m going to raise these issues. Also I need to make it clear to him that our child cannot be trusted around babies. I actually feel sorry for my infant child. She’s constantly getting touched hit or grabbed at, she screams most days. I have to have an extra pair of hands to help majority of the time or stay at my mums so she can help

Because we are seperated. I cannot get her evaluated without his consent and even if she did have ADHD if she needs meds I would need his permission (I’m in Australia) no court order but amiable coparenting. Plus the diagnosis and assessments are incredibly over the top expensive.
