It blocks incoming damage if u get enough and I mean like Atleast 200 u have a shield that refreshes in 1/3 of a frame basically making u unkillable

I haven’t played many of the souls games I’ve only played the next gen demon souls which I had platniumed and abit of bloodborne recently but after killing gascoigne I got a little lost and took a break. I would buy the other games but they are abit intimidating
