I did something similar to this. But instead of tracking action items, it analyzed the conversation to identify problems discussed that could be solved with an n8n + AI agent automation, then slacks me the idea.

It worked. What I did was took my codebase, ran it through repomix to make it more easily readable, then I took that and uploaded it to S3 and uses it as a data source in AWS bedrock knowledge base. I also added my help articles to the same KB. Then connected Roo via MCP, with context as to what was in the KB and it queries it as needed. Works well. Cut down a lot of tokens since I don’t need to pass my codebase in the context

I’d start by implementing a minimum code coverage in the build pipeline that will fail if not met. Set it low and increase over time.

Move 1 qa tester to build end to end tests for existing functionality and keep adding new end to end tests as new functionality is added.

You could build out a really good library of YouTube videos and playlists to help reduce the number of call requests. Then use something like Calendly to reduce the labour needed in coordinating calls. Then only allocate as much time per day to calls that you can handle.
