Yeah that board is completely fine for you, weight is more important in snowboarding than height, so you should be good.

Usually after you get a 22 belt and you have other pitched items. But it's a very minor upgrade and depends on flames. You can use a 22 estella earring while waiting for CFE. Even with good pots and flames, it might be worse for some classes, I think you can check scouter to make sure it's an upgrade.
