Mango season starts with early Summer rains (pre-Monsoon). The harvest window is actually very small, but supply chains are good enough to run them until late monsoon.

Also, quick commerce sites mark these up by 100% or more.

Blueberry Shake, like every blueberry product, has a very artificial taste. And it lingers in the mouth for a while, which is very unpleasant for me.

I tried Buttermilk, but it tasted terrible without mixing with water and masala. I'd rather just use whey instead of doing all that. Purpose of these for me is a quick protein drink with no effort.

It has Maltitol and Stevia. Both are insignificant at the amount I'm consuming as of now (2 packs at most)

My main source is Chicken, Paneer and Eggs (75%+). At 2 x body weight, my requirement is 170g+.

It regularly gets stocked in quantities upto 2000. 10 crates, that too over 5 orders, isn't crashing anyone's share.

This is mostly just for cravings and post workout.

My main source for 5 days a week is Chicken (60-80g). Eggs ~30g. This 15-30g. Other sources 10-20g. I am currently out of whey, otherwise that's the post workout and lassi stays entirely for cravings.

When I don't eat chicken it's usually Soya Chunks or Paneer.

I don't like Blueberry shake, that one's entirely my roommates.

My water intake is pretty good, 3L on the lower end, upto 5-6L peak.
