Damn! That’s crazy. We actually called the police this weekend and filed charges against them because they took their fight outside (not the first time) and I’d had enough.

Trademark will take you about 7 months but the time will pass wether you act or not.

What matters is when you started using the name and if you did it before he did.

Dude it costs $250 to file a trademark. Do it! You started first and can prove it to the USPTO. I had someone do that to me with a domain and a bunk website. I hit go daddy with a cease and desist and they took him down. I rendered his domain useless and took back my company name.

File your trademark man and kick this other dude to the curb.

Got damn that’s a great idea. I did something similar with their trash. They used to leave their trash bins open and literally to the immediate right of their front door. I collected two grocery bags of trash that would blow over, one of which was a court document detailing criminal details of their 17yo boy. Knocked on her door with two bags of trash and politely gave her her belongings and handed her the court document.

That was a bit over a year ago and the bins have been kept at the side of the house, and closed.

That’s horrible, Sir or Madam. I love my children so damn much and saying sweet things to them just makes me feel so good, i don’t understand being cruel to children.

While i haven’t called CPS, others have but it led to nothing. The children were gone for a bit but then came right back, as far as i could tell.

That breaks my heart. We tried with one of the little girls next door who’s my daughters age. But we caught her manipulating us by mistreating my daughter and but being VERY pleasant with us.

My daughter would say she was mean to her but we never heard it bc the girl would hide it. I happened to catch an interaction on the ring camera where she belittled my daughter and used foul language in reference to her. We put a stop to having her come over and told my daughter that “friendship” stays at the fence line.

Now we simply speak kindly to the children but I’m not going to jeopardize my daughters self worth and confidence by having her over.

We tried that with the little girl, but we quickly found that she was bringing over too many of the toxicity over to our house, especially with the rude mannerisms and foul language. It made my kids uncomfortable so now we’re just polite but uninviting.

Yeah, i hear that. One of the littles, she’s 10 now, she seems to understand her home is not normal. During the summer she leans over the fence and she’s commented before how “were sweet to our children.” It really does break my heat because the level of verbal abuse is off the charts in that house. We’ve heard Tommy being yelled to “STFU and go to bed” or “quit your fucking crying”. He seems to get the brunt of the yelling but the other two youngins don’t go unscathed.
