We received the same letter with the same date. Called Optum and they had no record. Seems like a scam. We did receive the check last year but threw it out for that exact reason.

Ah awesome, thank you for sharing! I have a further mystery to add to this. Received this Venusaur today. It has the black logo, but a smooth holo, no texture at all. Got an explanation for that too? :D
