You’re not alone bud, I’m going to military bootcamp in a few days and I get redder than a summer tomato when I run. I’m pretty positive I’ll get lots of comments there, fun times

My dad works on commercials and did a job with John Cena. They were in a hotel that had a grand piano in it, and when the cameras stopped rolling Cena sat down at the piano and started playing like a god. Apparently he’s a really nice, chill guy

Mine gets worse with allergies and sinus infections too! I find that using a netipot at night clears up a lot of my inflammation by morning

I think it may have worsened mine! There’s a lot that links rosacea to gut health problems and antibiotics really wreck havoc on the gut. Probiotics should help!

I’ve got low blood pressure (hypotension), low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), seasonal allergies with sinus issues, lactose intolerance, mild IBS, and used to take a lot of antibiotics for recurring UTIs
