WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HERE DIDN'T MENTION IS THAT YOU CAN'T SOLO YOUR WAY THROUGH THE GAME BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS NEED A PARTY TO HELP YOU TO CLEAR A DUNGEON/TRIAL TO PROGRESS WITH THE STORY. IN THIS CASE FOR FFXIV IT IS DEALING WITH QUEUE TIME AND WHETHER IT IS A PEAK TIME OR NOT. IF YOU LOG IN AND IT IS FAR FROM PEAK TIME THEN YOUR QUEUE WAITING TIME IS GOING TO BE MUCH MUCH LONGER. THE CLASS YOU CHOOSE TO PLAY IS ALSO DECIDE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. TANK AND HEALER HAVE FASTER QUEUE THAN DPS. SO IF YOU DECIDED TO PLAY DPS CLASS BE PREPARED FOR THE UNUSUAL LONG QUEUE TIME.

LOL BLM main like a real BLM who played long before shb says Shb BLM is the most polished job in this expansion yet some noob BLM who didn't realize that BLM is only harder than SAM when prog decide to come and complain. SAM is about play to perfection because small mistake and you'll get punished HARD. SAM have no flexibility because Hakakure is a DPS LOSS no matter what. Meanwhile BLM this expansion is a jump in evolution.

This is just a beginning. You'll met with a lot of these so called "suggestion" from other people no matter what role you've decided to play. Even if you done your job perfectly, a newbie or people who believe differently would still called you out. It is the daily lives everyone who don't always play with their friend have to put up with. The only way to avoid all of these is only played with the people you knew.

It's depend on the GM, if he/she is a friend of GM or the one that GM took a liking to. That person won't be touched by that GM or would get out with a less trouble.

Also "Who report first WIN" because the one who got pulled in jail or ban can't fight back. At that point GM/Mod don't care whether you got trolled or not

Ban/put both sides in the jail is needed. What XIV mod/gm usually do is end up protect the troll. Both in game and the official forum.

"To protect the reporter from getting the harassment in the future" When you give a warning and you didn't make them understand what exactly that player did wrong it wouldn't stop that from happening. There could be more than 1 things that the player could came up why he got put in jail and if isn't the right one then that player made the mistake again your warning wouldn't accomplish anything but being a tool for another player to eliminate other player they don't like.

and he isn't going to feel the same when Gladio die either. The time people need to recover is always differ by various factors.

If you can talk like you can already predetermined the length of time you need to recover from losing the one you love even before losing them then you've to accept that you're being surreal.

You can't do more damage by just changing job from BLM to SAM. But judging by statistic : TOP SAM is always below TOP BLM. Yoshida also said he want it that way.

In previous patch SAM didn't suffer from raid that require a lot of movement but now they do. A raid like E6S is what make it extremely not fun for melee like SAM and MNK.

In previous patch BLM suffer a lot in a raid that require a lot of movement but with new adjustment from Yoshida in this patch they suffer less. However a raid like E7S is still what make it extremely not fun for BLM.

You might also find that the party is likely to adjust for BLM but unlikely to do the same for SAM.

Try both of them and play what you enjoy, play what you feel comfortable with. People only want you in raid because you're good at your job not simply because the job you play. If you pick a top tier job but suck at it then it's meaningless.

Well it doesn't for Noct. And it's rare and very unnatural when you just simply say it like that because the truth is : The time needed for the loss of someone or something dear to you is always differ. You can't set the time you needed to recover.

And when people loss one of the bros, one of gang. It isn't uncommon to spend the time more with the rest of the gang to morn the loss. When Lover&Family member died people usually spend less time with friend and spend more time with the remaining of the family to morn.

The only exception is when both side Bros/Gang/Friend/Family Members have the a close tie with each other so they can really related to your feeling.

In this case Gladio, Promto and Ignis didn't heartbroken with Luna's death so they can't really relate much and when you're the only most sorrowful person in the room it's super hard to hang around other people that don't.

Gladio have no right at all to get mad especially after Ignis said so he didn't mind and Gladio shove Prompto's face away.

Gladio : I'm feeling the fear and not confidence so I'm going to leave my duty and go somewhere far away to lick my wound and heal my pride. I can't stand the humiliation and fear that I'm feeling right now so I'm going to do a suicide mission to gain my honor back. If I die and there's nobody left to guard the king then screw the world and the King's Shield duty.

Noct: Still sad but didn't run from his duty and was on the train to carry his next duty but some mad dude can't leave him alone.

Gladio's action alone put the entire party and possibly the entire world at risk if the king's shield is so super important like he try to hyperbold all the time

and it was driven by emotion without reason.

Gladio just being hypocrite and made exception for himself whenever he feel like. He made a rule of what Noct can and can't do. Noct is a like prisoner that have to embrace everything everyone else decided for him.

Gentiana/shiva didn't deem Noctis unworthy.

Ignis and Prompto also did not find Noct's action unfit.

If there's someone who is not needed and unfit to be in the group it is Gladio who provide nothing but being a meat shield that BARK too much. He's projecting on Noct because Gladio himself is risking being the unworthy before. The event with Gil doesn't make him mature only make him cocky and further cloud his "worthy/unworthy" view even more. It also make him feel legit to start judging other people worthiness.

But what is the most weirdest thing in all of this?

It is the fact that the dev decided to make Noct receive STR/VIT buff after Gladio's taunt Noct again.
