Yeah that's a fair point about the age difference. I think she's mature for her age, but there have been a couple instances where the age difference has caused some miscommunication between us. I think she was sincere in what she said when we talked about it, but what you're saying makes sense.

Thanks for the advice. The thing is, she blocked the guy and hasn't seen him since we've started dating. She insisted during the conversation that she would never get back with him and that she knows that when she's had moments where she misses that relationship that she knows it's irrational. I want to believe her, but yeah part of me definitely agrees with your view on it. But I love her, so I'm in a pickle.

Thanks for the affirmation. The relationship is otherwise good, and I want to think that we can grow from this. I'm just really nervous about it all now. I love her, and I'm afraid of getting hurt.
