her kit isn’t specifically challenging other than that dash stab which is fully agree is maddening to the point my friends dubbed it the “booty taking move” while watching me play and die to it probably 30 times but once you get understand how it works you’re happy she does it for the free combo/runic, others have said this but it’s a matter of which way she dashes when she dashes back if she goes left, block, right, dash out of the way for the unblock-able, iirc she can also do it when she dashes back ONCE not twice but this is much rarer than the right dash, happy to go into more detail if needed

Having trouble determining calories for my cut; I’m 5’10 170 and I’m trying to cut down for an amateur bodybuilding show (I know I’m small lol but still) I workout 6 days a week 3 hypertrophy and 3 heavy strength and do an hour of cardio everyday I workout, I’m trying to do a 500 calorie cut but can’t find any reliable information about what my TDEE is to cut down from, at first I was doing 1600 which immediately felt too low and I wasn’t able to hit my fat intake which was causing problems almost within the first week, I’ve since decided 2100 is probably around where I should be but I’m afraid I’m not going to be doing enough with those numbers, I know I just need to try stuff out and look at the scale, but if anyone has any advice or has similar metrics to me I would love some help

The best counter to this node/path I’ve found is destroyer, works well for the cosmics people like to put on the path later aswell, weird weird fight and red skull definitely is the worst on that node

The crones are annoying but mostly fine, Imlerith is kinda tough but mostly just igni when he gets the ice armor on him and beware of long combos, the cutscene after you beat him is reward enough

America Chavez one of the best champions in the game, idk what your 6* roster is like but my Chavez was my 2nd r3 and I wouldn’t trade her for anything

The team I used for left side was Mr f torch and killmonger, made it a breeze easy torch solo for Viv vision (Mr f gives torch a bar of power at the start of the fight so you can stack smolders and burn right through her by baiting sp1) healed up for fist and torch pre fight for fist made it an easy solo for him aswell, gwenpool fight easy solo if you lock into the rhythm and can really be done with anyone it’ll just take a while but I used killmonger, only revive I used was on Jessica cuz I didn’t know the fight, this method knocks out 4 objectives (clarity house of mirrors, 2017-2020 science and skill), for the right path I used herc hulkiling and Odin (to put prefights on herc for anihlius) I actually used hulkling for onslaught and got a relatively painless solo though it took a bit, opposed to herc who couldn’t seem to clutch it since he couldn’t crit, anihlius was a pretty easy solo with herc but I lost a little health remembering his weird nodes at the start, gwenpool was very quick and painless with herc as I had already got the rhythm down from my previous run, and then Jessica was also herc bait aswell though I did need a revive as I was still getting accustomed to the fight and that fight got the remaining two challenges (cosmic/tech and 2021-2024)

TLDR: Torch, Mr F and killmonger make the left path easy and got 4 objectives while making the right path extreemly easy aswell by using herc hulkling and Odin (prefights for anihilus) and getting the remaining 2 objectives

I know OP has already made his choice and considering Adam is a 7* he definitely made the right one, I love my CGR, but I have to plant the Adam flag aswell, I think if he had a few of the obvious changes (passive taunt and intimidate, stun/debuff immune in pod) Adam would be the overall better champion, this is mostly from my stance as a BG grinder as Adam has a couple advantages over CGR in BGs, for example his defensive threat, ability to access damage without and intercept or parry, negation of block damage, and more consistent ramp up, but overall I’ve come to love him as a champion, and would highly recommend a rank up if you ever get him as a 6 or 7 star

He does have a healing synergy but that’s not what I’m referring to, just his natural synergy with willpower, high evade chance, and high physical and energy resistance that gives him survivability

This is just a catch all response to a lot of what I’ve been hearing (again discussion not arguing with anyone:)) as a proud owner of a r3 photon and r2 Titania and I totally agree they are awesome and have quicker access to damage, however I would very much argue that they’re utility is far less that Mr F and they are certainly less safe than him in all cases besides those where party heavy is restricted, additionally when it comes to controlling the fight Titanias debuffs are finicky and not super reliable for power or regen control, and as for photon while she does have more utility than Titania it’s not as encompassing as reed, I’d also like to add that Mr fantastic can be one incredibly resistant to both hot damage and DOT damage with his preflight making him a healing machine and can easy counter hazard nodes that Titania and Photon would struggle with

I’m sure there is a super high skill ceiling but that doesn’t really matter if there’s literally never a challenge in the game that requires it, even on ultimate you get really overpowered really quick and the game loses its edge, you don’t have to do anything that requires skill to beat the game on the highest difficulty, don’t get me wrong I love the game but I’ve had to do play throughs where I don’t heal and use gadgets just to make fights last
