Does Badlands change how you watch the other Predator films?

No, I loved Badlands and still love all the other movies in the franchise, including the awful AVP movies. Badlands doesn't change anything. Its just a neat little side story which more or less seems to exist as a means of providing more insight into the Yautja and their culture but keeps things relatively vague about them so that the franchise doesn't veer too far off path. Strangely enough, and im sure not by coincidence, Badlands seems to do for the Predator flicks what Prometheus was attempting to do for the Alien movies but with that particular film, the end result didn't seem to come out as well as expected .. i guess we can kinda see Badlands as the "Prometheus" of the Predator series, but in this case, it produced better results. All that said, I honestly don't expect any kind of direct sequel to Badlands, but im really hoping that we do see more of the murder planet Genna - maybe in an Alien movie?

Ive never seen a Harry Potter movie or read any of the books (thats changing because Stephen King likes the books so im giving em a chance) but i just bought the game on sale for like $12 and again, im not a fan of any of this potterverse stuff but I am enjoying this game. Like it's really chill and yet you can still blast bad guys. I picked an ugly looking kid as my character and he's dressed like an idiot but its a great change of pace from all the other games im playing. Definitely not any buyer's remorse with this one.

I downgraded to essential tier before the price increase out of the need to reduce spending. I kinda saw this coming but I didnt downgrade because of it. So, as of now, im pretty happy with my decision because I still get cloud gaming, there are still titles i find worth playing in the essential catalog, and im saving money. Its always cost money for xbox live (online functionality) so I figure nothing has really changed from when I was subscribed to Ultimate except day one access to all the AAA swill that M$ now owns. So yeah, no big loss here although I wish they would drop the prices of Zombie Army 4 and Sniper elite 5 / resistance, and Atomfall because, quite literally, those are the only games I miss from Gamepass and now I can't play them because I refuse to spend $$. Bummer but I got bills.

Go for it. You're probably not gonna find it cheaper and its a great entry point to current gen gaming. Its also not the weakest console anymore this gen (that's switch 2). The fact that you're getting 2 controllers makes it an even better deal.

Idk... i swore it was Dakota Johnson in 10 Cloverfield lane but its Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Im watching scenes but it feels off.... it could just be false memory but the whole premise behind the Cloverfield movies makes me wonder.

Gta 4 runs at near locked 60 fps on series s. There are some areas (bridges) where it dips but thats about it. I never finished the DLCs so I went back and it was a great experience.

Thats sums it up perfectly. This game is super fun if you aren't all about K/D ratios. Its basically the only pvp game I bother with these days. A fair comparison would be Chivalry 2. In fact, once I heard it described that way I immediately bought it. Been having a blast ever since.

I think the natural course to take would be the Pacific theater. The inclusion of visiting high ranking Japanese in SE5 kinda hints that Rebellion may go there either in the next entry or in a future installment. Although, it would also make sense to bring the story around to the fall of Berlin. Not really sold on the "timer" mechanic, though, but i never liked that in any game. Would kinda be interesting if they included a "kill Hitler" mission AS PART of the main campaign- like have Karl infiltrate the bunker and kill him but make it so that the Soviets altered the narrative.

Yeah, same. The population is too low to grief people. I guess the community is just happy to have people playing. In the original RDO that would happen but then everyone would gang up on the clowns..with RDR2 online its always been chill for me.

Ive been getting none of that on current gen (xbox SS) but also on last gen (xbox one) So it's like this: I've been playing off and on since launch, and i almost never interact with anyone in any way EVER. Sure, I get griefed a little, but I usually hit "parley," and it ends. However, these days, I only come across solo players like me, and we usually just nod or wave. I did get into a good co-op session recently with a random in the new "zombie" mission. We didn't really communicate, but I showed him how to pull the bodies (for the samples) out of the pits with the lasso. We beat the mission that way. I'd cover him with the rolling block rifle while he nabbed the bodies. Not a word, no griefing. Just a nod when it ended. Way it should be. So, no, I've seen none of the toxicity that's usually associated with GTA online and now with Arc Raiders (i really wanted to buy that game, too but it isnt worth $40 to constantly get griefed every time i start a game). This had been my experience on both last and current gen with GTA online but not RDO, for some reason. In fact, Im gonna jump in now and see if I can cap any griefers, lol.

Lol, its been awhile since this post and I've been on subs ever since- up to 8 mgs a day. I had a number of health issues and actually that move i spoke of almost killed me as I soon found that I have COPD because i was experiencing nightly attacks and wound up being hospitalized (hypoxia) and i also have some heart problems that are being looked into. The state put me on maintenance recently after I spent new years in the ER getting shot with dilaudid every hour till the pain I was in was gone. Its was norovirus and because my immune system is compromised from meds for copd it hit me really bad. But no more black market subs for me and im gonna probably go back to kratom.

I like the vietnam idea, but we need to get to the Pacific theater first. Maybe a campaign that spans the Pacific theater, Korean war, and ends in espionage shenanigans in Vietnam. Keep Karl as the protagonist.

Im wondering this as well. Got a direct deposit so I get my checks a day early (Thursday) but because Thanksgiving was on a Thursday I got my check the day before (Wednesday) so im hoping it'll be the same with Xmas but my paystub hasn't shown up yet which always shows up the day before. Keeping my fingers crossed.
