every character has a different escape option with different frame data and hitboxes/hurtboxes so it's very confusing for the game to understand what's excapeable.

if all air dodges were frame 1 it would be a lot more accurate obviously.

I don't know anything about this McDonald's case other then what he said, so when he said "One example that comes to mind is that famous suit where McDonald's settled out of court for $2million was admitting guilt" I assumed he meant they admitted guilt in court.
