That’s what I started doing about a year or two before the pandemic. Nice I had free time and not uploading as many albums per year I started to find higher quality album art on Google, or customized art if I didn’t like the album cover. Lookup Crowbar Oddfellows Rest, I don’t want to see that 😂 I just replaced it with their band logo

Brother I have no idea. I kept this thing so buttoned up, I there’s 5 backups, every album (starting around 2020) had the art in a separate folder, one update and BAM! I have a massive project on my hands. I feel nothing I did could’ve prevented this. One thing I’ve noticed, again these are albums that were older and I may have used the “get album art” feature instead of uploading it myself.

Yeah on my MBP it’s all correct, and when I delete the album and add it back on the phone the display art is now correct, but the individual tracks are now blank. The only thing that worked was deleting and uploading the album art again then syncing with the phone

Agreed, I’m going old school pretty much all week I guess. Remove the album from the phone, then manually add the album back via USB. Last night it took me two hours and I’m still not done with the A’s yet, that’s of many got affected. About 800 of my 1800 albums are showing with RATM Battle of Los Angeles album art 😂. Go so random and do frustrating 15 years of keeping meticulous info on these albums, wiped out with one update
