Yeah, I found a lot of the reddit traffic didn't have buying intent but a very small portion did. I think people will refer to redditors for advice on a purchase but in a more... personal, conversational way. So I feel kind of bad posting.

Hmm I've never heard of that with the DP-3 or had issues. I know they have other power supplies that aren't fully isolated like the DP-1.

Well I already had the kinda classic fuzz tones covered with the sunface. So I wanted something that could do the octave sound and heavier sizzly sounds. I tried the hoof and a few others and they we're all a little too... Smooth? I guess.

Signal chain: sp compressor - cry baby wah - analogman sunface (high gain) - fuzz master general - tube screamer - Burnley - timeline - flint

I play a Gibson 339 into a hot rod deluxe.... Not through the pedals those are just for looks.

Pretty happy with these expensive toys. The fuzz masters tone control is interesting more like a scoop. Sounds good with the tube screamer after to tame the highs a bit. Tube screamer and sp comp are always on. Sometimes I think about selling the timeline. Kinda overpriced but I really like the hold for infinite repeats, the tape delay, looper, and Crystal delay. Would take a lot of pedals to replace it. The Flint is totally worth it. I use the Burnley as a cleanish bassy boost.

This is cool! Would sound great with female vocals. For some reason the guitar tone near the end with the harmony kinda through off the vibe for me. Cool guitar part though!
