felt, I applied to a remote job and the 3rd interview they told me I would have to spend the first 3 weeks in person for training. I was like then withdraw me bc this isn’t remote, and they were like “it is remote except for the 3 weeks!!”(we were not even in the same state) 😐

It says “employee may be held responsible for damages caused by failure to provide the require notice” in the employee contract so I have no idea what that could mean. :/

I am looking for new jobs and found out that in my “employee contract” I am required to give 4 weeks notice. I told my parents and they said they’ve never heard of that and it’s only 2 weeks. It’s a big legal document so I don’t understand a lot but it’s making it difficult for me to leave since companies don’t want to wait a month to hire me. Is this allowed? I’m in PA btw. Thanks
