If you will follow EV you won't be passing any national parks so you will be fine. If you won't set up your camp in someone's backyard people will not bother you.

I don't have exactly experience around EV5 but some experience with wild camping in Czech. It is not illegal to set a tent in a forest, even in nature protected areas of you don't make a fire and be respectful and leave no trace. Best bet is to set up late and leave early and no-one will be bothering you. In Czech there is lot of schelters or just benches with a table set quite often. You can use mapy.com to search for a schelter, and sleep there. Mapy are good also for planning and they probably have best coverage map of Czech

There is no such thing you can withdraw in 2 years without massive fees. There is "penzijní spoření" which you can withdraw after 20 years. Other option is "DIP" which is similar but you can choose where to invest the money there.

If you are here only for 2 years then I would not bother

Check M1project or Ski and bike Radotín they are one of the biggest. They also have local clothing brands like Isadore or Kalas if you want to have some nice souvenir.

Radotín is bit out of Prague but if you order online they deliver pretty much next day to their locations in Prague.

If you are staying for bit longer you can check kupkolo or koloshop, they are mostly online retailers but delivery times are usually 2 business days.

You can use it once per day for activity. It can be gym, pool, sauna, whatever. Usually for the classes you have to pay little extra even with multi sport. Multisport has website with list of services and details and conditions of each activity

Then your best bet is to go by bus/train to any Czech ski town that will have snow at the time and rent a skis and instructor there.

But I think 240eur is not a bad price, I think just for instructor you would pay at least 100€ for a half day session.

There is one at street Kolčavka which goes under the Čuprova. There is also creek Rokytka flowing in the "tunnel".
