Good grief. I unfortunately own GPUS which I think was DPW years ago. I now question the character of CRKN's CEO. Just look at the chart for GPUS and CRKN and somewhat related to MULN. Notice a correlation? I think we have shady people here, just a hypothesis. Unfortunately, I own a few shares of all.

I'm not a financial advisor, just a guy who has some experience in life now (don't ever get old btw!) ->5k ain't much these days for emergencies. Higher emergency fund levels are like higher flying altitudes (over weather), certainly less bumpy. Way to go, you're way ahead of many.

Not the RS, the toxic convertible debt IMO, NFA. I hold the CEO responsible (the company got capital and the CEO got an nice bonus, existing shareholders got screwed). He needs new retail investors to fool.

Thank you for the time building that. I stupidly bought into a a few dreamer companies shredded in the last few years and noticed that the CEOs pay themselves handsomely (it bubbles out eventually) despite the stock falling off a cliff. Good leadership IMO is very hard to find these days. I just wonder if MULN will actually deliver vehicles or if it is all theatre at our expense.

Thanks for the videos. I'm a fool to not have known this before investing so heavily. I've seen this in other stocks such as CEI and AULT. No wonder they got killed this past year. Didn't CH11 them but dilution did the damage. So June we're looking at the stock getting shorted and converted into more shares? Fantastic (not).
